Just when the winter mehs set in, up pops NYC Restaurant Week — three-course lunches and dinners for $25 and $38. This winter’s roster is pleasingly plump, with 372 restaurants including 41 at hotels.
Among the hotel newcomers are The Peacock, serving up British food at The William Hotel in Murray Hill, and Sessalina, the chic Sicilian restaurant at SIXTY SoHo.
